Case Study
Working with a tech leader in a new stretch role in the hospitality industry, one-to-one coaching helped her to recognise her strengths as a leader and how to use them more, as well as strategies to mitigate the aspects she found challenging. Case Study
Working with a senior leadership team at a FTSE 250 company, we helped them reflect on their team performance and how to be more effective in the future. We created a team development experience based on Hogan assessments, consisting of individual debriefs and a team development day to help them understand their values and team culture, their strengths, their preferred roles within the team and their potential derailers (individually and as team). Through the facilitated process they realised they needed to focus much more on innovation and results, and identified and implemented a number of changes to help them achieve this.
